上海博华展览有限公司成立于1998年，是总部位于伦敦的上市公司UBM集团在中国的中外合作企业，由上海博华展览有限公司（创立于1992年）和博闻亚洲（UBM ASIA）有限公司联合组建而成，拥有过400人的团队。
